First of all we all no water we drink every day but we don't no water can make our body healthy and fit because when we drink water it dissolved in body or ecofrendly with body . We all drink 5 or 6 liter water in daily which make our body healthy. We should avoid bad things like smoking, drugs, alcohol etc and others is type of thing we should avoid fast this type of thing make our body unhealthy and bad . Best way to make our body healthy are drinking water, doing exercise, balance diet , good thinking, avoid bad habits etc . This make our body healthy .
