Daily routine to stay healthy

1. Drink plenty of water.

2. Avoid junk food.

3. Do regular exercise.

4. Stop drinking milk tea.

5. Always eat food which contain protein, fiber ,less fat, etc

6. Do 10 minutes walk in every morning.

7. Start doing 5 minutes meditation everyday.

8. Do regular health checkup.

9. Plant trees near your house in order to get more oxygen.
