Running And It's Benefits

Walking faster with wide steps is called running. You can reach faster to a destination when you run instead of walking. Before running, we have to participate in stretching our body parts. Running makes our heart rate faster. We can remain be healthy if we run some distance everyday.

There are different types of race games. Some of them are short distance race, hurdle race, 100 metre race, 200 metre race, 400 metre race, 800 metre race, relay race, marathon, etc.

We perform running on a track. On track, there is a start line. We have to stand there and wait for three commands; 'on a mark', 'get set and 'go'. Run as fast as you can to reach the finishing line. The person who reaches the finishing line first is the winner.
